How long will it take to receive my order?

Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) nationwide across Pakistan to ensure a secure and frictionless shopping experience.

We partner with premium local couriers for fast nationwide shipping. Standard orders are typically processed and delivered within 3 to 5 business days. During peak seasonal launches (like our Eid or Summer Edits), please allow up to 7 business days.

What is the exact yardage of an unstitched suit?

Are your collections stitched ready-to-wear (pret) or unstitched?

We provide generous, high-yield yardage so you are never restricted on styling. Unless otherwise stated on the specific product page, our standard 3-piece unstitched sets include a 3-Meter Shirt, a 2.5-Meter Dupatta, and a 2.5-Meter Trouser.

Currently, our collections feature premium unstitched fabrics. This allows you the freedom to take our heirloom-quality material to your trusted darzi (tailor) to achieve your perfect fit and preferred traditional cut.

How should I care for the fabric?

To maintain the intricate thread work and premium feel of our fabrics, we highly recommend gentle hand-washing or dry cleaning. Do not bleach.

What is your return and exchange policy?

Due to the delicate nature of our unstitched fabrics, we strictly only offer exchanges in the rare event of a defective item or an incorrect delivery. We must be notified within 48 hours of delivery. The fabric must be completely unwashed, uncut, and returned in its original, premium Saveera packaging.
